Deposits & Reschedules
Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable! We allow 1 complimentary reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to reschedule within that timeframe will result in forfeiting your deposit and you will have to book a new appointment and pay another deposit. If you must cancel completely, your deposit will be lost as we are unable to refund deposits.
If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call to let us know. In the event of your late arrival, we will adjust your time with us to ensure that the session will be finished on time for the next client.
Sessions & Specials
For the "Bring A Friend" specials, we can only accept one credit card transaction - no split payments on credit cards. If you need to split the payment, please call us at (432) 258-7619 to book and pay for your appointment.
All clients, including new or returning clients, must book online through our website. Courtesy appointments will not be made on behalf of you. Everyone must pay a deposit to book.
